All non-profit 组织s and 校友 that rent our spaces will receive a 20% cost reduction.

  • Rentals of College facilities require a contract to be issued.
  • 50% deposit is required at time of contract execution.
  • Total balance is due 10 days prior to the event.
  • Half-day rentals allow for the use of a space for 4 hours or less.
  • All prices are subject to change.
  • All spaces are subject to availability.
