Gjergj Ndoci’20 found his internship through Engaging the World of Work, a class taught by sociology professor Carol Wickersham 和 Career Works director Jessica Fox-Wilson’98.

Students who engage with experiential learning spend time building professional skills with local community members.

Kat Grzeszkiewicz’20 spent a summer learning about professional sports careers by interning with the Beloit Snappers, a local minor league baseball team.

Students use the new Career Works space to collaborate 和 study, in addition to meeting with career advisors.

When students work together on group projects, they build their collaboration 和 communication skill sets.
